WHAT TYPES AND SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
- Injection Molded Tube, ½” x 4” long
- Injection molded tubes with various combinations of outer and inner diameter and length per up to 7” OD.
- Extruded Rod, 1" and 2" diameters available with maximum length of 24". Minimum length may be required to purchase.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR RECEIVING STOCK SHAPES?
Lead time for stock shape production is two weeks or less. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
Yes, there is a minimum order requirement for certain stock shape sizes.

Customers are also required to purchase a complete stock shape; partial orders are not available. Stock shapes include the injection molding gate, which should not be used for a finished part. Reference the customer drawings for specific dimensions of injection molded stock shapes.
DO I HAVE TO ANNEAL THE STOCK SHAPE?
No. Stock shapes are supplied to you fully conditioned and ready to be machined.
WHY ARE YOUR STOCK SHAPES BLACK IN COLOR?
Arlon 3000 XT is inherently black in its formulation and cannot currently be modified to another color.
HOW DOES ARLON 3000 XT COMPARE TO PEEK?
- Arlon 3000 XT delivers improved creep and extrusion resistance at temperatures above 350°F (177°C) over time
- Outperforms standard grades of PEEK, both filled and unfilled
- Chemical resistance comparable to PEEK
- 30% stronger than any other material used in oil and gas applications with a chemical resistance to survive in harsh environments
HOW DO ARLON 3000 XT’S ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES COMPARE TO PEEK AND PEK?
Arlon 3000 XT’s electrical performance is comparable to or better than other polyketone materials especially at higher voltages. Please reference the technical guide for details.
ARE ARLON 3000 XT STOCK SHAPES COMPLIANT WITH INDUSTRY SAFETY AND QUALITY STANDARDS?
Yes. Arlon 3000 XT has achieved ISO 23936-1 and NORSOK M-710, Rev.3 compliance. Standard Certifications of Compliance will be shipped with every order/batch. Full Material Test Reports are available upon request for an additional fee.
